I picked up our baby adabra tortoise from FedEx on a Tuesday morning and by Wednesday night, after offering food multiple times, he still hadn’t eaten anything and spent all day hiding in the corners of his enclosure. I messaged Co Reptiles to ask how long is too long without eating. I received a very fast response. After making sure I was offering appropriate foods. Turns out it was way too big and dry for an adult. We put him in a bigger home with better substrate and he instantly started eating and scooting around his new home! You can tell they truly care about their animals and about educating owners to ensure they are well cared for! Really awesome service! We couldn’t be happier! And Tobi the tortoise is now living his best life! I would definitely recommend Co Reptiles to anyone looking for a new pet!

So I’ve never ordered a reptile from a big seller such as Co Reptiles, so I was worried. Especially with the negative reviews they have. But let me say that I am ecstatic with their customer service as well as the tortoise! They were quick to answer my many questions and very helpful when it came to order difficulties. My tortoise as well is wide eyed and active, eating and drinking right away! I would definitely recommend the aldabra tortoise from colorado reptiles to anyone.
